According to Article 56 of our Constitution, "Everyone has the right to live in a healthy and balanced environment. It is the duty of the state and citizens to develop the environment, protect environmental health and prevent environmental pollution." Thus, it is a very common method to use legal science in the solution of environmental problems. In almost every country, acts that harm the environment are subject to a sanction.
